[We] had a common enemy which was, of course, Christianity, socialism and everything that democracy stands for." These are some kooky dudes. Gaahl is a follower of Norwegian Shamanism and the band goes to great lengths to protect their lyrics from being printed out of fear they will lose their meaning. Either that or they're afraid their lyrics are pretty stupid and don't want anyone to make fun of them.
