I have to confess. I loved Rainbow once. Didn't matter if it was Dio, Graham Bonnett or Joe Lynn Turner on vox...just dug these guys. Have no clue why. The Dio version was the heaviest, the JLT era the wimpiest. Graham Bonnett wanted to look like David Bowie and he just never seemed to fit in. I could have gone with Rainbow's best known song from the JLT era, Stone Cold, but I elected to go with a Bonnett tune sung by JLT....Rainbow...today's Rocktober feature artist.
