If you haven't been following Sabbath closely, the Dio fronted (Mob Rules/Live Evil era) version of the band is now called Heaven and Hell (so as not to piss off Ozzy). Last year's tour was a smash and more dates are rumored for this year. Since TFO asked for it, here's Black Sabbath...er Heaven and Hell with Die Young.

I say Iommi should tell Ozzy to go pound salt and take H&H out as Black Sabbath. This will always be my favorite Sabbath lineup.
I've heard conflicting things on the use of the name...Dio has spun a tale that when they cut H&H they considered calling the band something different then. Iommi owns the name outright so legally Ozzy has no claim. Another rumor says they made a gentlemen's agreement with Ozzy during those reunion tours that were part of Ozzfest.
I agree with you OMOM...Sabbath with Dio is the finest version of Sabbath there is. Excellent songs, great playing and killer vocals. I think even their weakest effort together, Dehumanizer, is better than a good deal of the Ozzy Sabbath records.
